BPExch Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BPExch ("bpexch", "we", "us", "the platform"). They govern your access to and use of the bpexch website, mobile application, games, sports betting services and any related features.

By accessing the bpexch platform — whether through a web browser, the bpexch app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. This applies regardless of whether you are a registered account holder or a visitor browsing the site.

If you are using bpexch on behalf of anyone else or any organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use bpexch, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict requirement and is not open to exception.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment account used to deposit and withdraw funds.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have a bpexch account that has been previously closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested.

BPExch reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This may include asking for a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in your account being restricted until the process is completed.

Registration is personal. You may not register on behalf of someone else, and accounts may not be transferred to another person under any circumstances.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your bpexch account. This means keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — private and secure. Do not share this information with anyone, including friends or family members.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, contact bpexch support immediately. We will take steps to secure your account, but bpexch cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials with others.

One account per person is the rule. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, bpexch may close all associated accounts without prior notice and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

You are also responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. An outdated mobile number or email address can cause delays with deposits, withdrawals or account recovery.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

BPExch processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as outlined on the Deposit page.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning payments from someone else's account — are not permitted. If a third-party payment is detected, bpexch reserves the right to reverse the transaction or place a hold on your account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit section of the platform. BPExch does not charge any fees on deposits, though your own bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. BPExch may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. This is a standard security measure, not a cause for concern.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

BPExch offers various promotional bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL, T20 internationals and other major series. These are updated regularly on the Promotions page.

Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. These are stated clearly at the point of opt-in. General rules that apply to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have opted in or met the qualifying deposit threshold as stated in the promotion.
• Only one active bonus may be used at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified. Unused bonuses expire after this period.
• BPExch reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, including if we believe it is being abused or exploited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bpexch platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless bpexch determines that a manifest error has occurred (see below).

Cricket betting, including PSL matches, T20 internationals and other fixtures, is subject to the specific rules applicable to each market type. These are displayed alongside the relevant betting market on the platform. Key general rules include:

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for a result are completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned unless the market has already been settled.
• In the event of a manifest error — such as an obviously incorrect price being displayed — bpexch reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during play. Any bets accepted before a suspension are honoured unless a manifest error applies.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each market are shown at the time of placing a bet.

For slot games and fish games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are independently verified. All games operate using certified random number generation. BPExch does not alter the outcome of any game.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpexch. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and being permanently banned from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit any technical bug, glitch or error in the platform to generate winnings — such activity must be reported to support immediately instead.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes, bonus conditions or game results.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering under another person's identity.
• Attempting to abuse or circumvent bonus terms, including through structured betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements at near-zero risk.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects the experience of other players.

08 Privacy & Data

BPExch collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration and verification process. This includes your name, contact details, date of birth and payment information. How this data is collected, stored and used is explained fully in our Privacy Policy.

By using bpexch, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions and comply with our internal security and verification procedures.
• BPExch does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data is retained for a minimum period in accordance with standard financial record-keeping practices.
• You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting support.

09 Responsible Gaming

BPExch is committed to providing an environment where gaming remains entertainment. We encourage all players to set a personal budget before they start and to stick to it regardless of outcomes. Gaming should never be used as a way to recover financial losses or generate income.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

BPExch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player is found to have violated any section of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation is detected.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player has provided false documentation during verification.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where the closure is for other reasons, bpexch will make reasonable efforts to return eligible funds after completing any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally, provided all verification requirements have been met.

11 Limitation of Liability

BPExch provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, bpexch is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures that occur during a game or bet placement, where the outcome cannot be verified.
• Financial loss resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with others.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or banks.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.

12 Changes to These Terms

BPExch may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the bpexch platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account closure.
